Very Bad Product Quality

I purchased Silver Rain Torches yesterday on occassion of Diwali and I want to complaint about the cheap quality of cracker. I am a senior Software Engineer in a Multinational company in Noida and was enjoying crackers burning with my 3 years child. I purchased all cock brands and also one packet of Silver Rain Torches which is Manufactured by "Chidambaram Fireworks Industry" and it burst in hand due to which my hand and my Baby Hands and eyes got effected. My 4 fingers and hand burned badly as well as feel severe pain in my and Baby eyes
